Quack.money provides treasury automation software that allows users to create visual pipelines for managing cryptocurrency and fiat currency transactions. The Service includes:

  • Visual pipeline builder for automation workflows
  • Integration with payment processors and cryptocurrency exchanges
  • Local-first data storage
  • AI-powered treasury management features (Autopilot tier)

3. Non-Custodial Service

Important: Quack.money is a non-custodial service. We do not hold, control, or have access to your cryptocurrency, private keys, or funds. You are solely responsible for:

  • Securing your private keys and wallet credentials
  • Verifying all transactions before they are executed
  • Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities
  • Circumvent sanctions or trade restrictions
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Provide accurate billing information

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency transactions involve significant risk. You acknowledge that:

  • Cryptocurrency values can be highly volatile
  • Transactions on blockchain networks are irreversible
  • Smart contracts and automated systems may contain bugs
  • Exchange rates and gas fees can change rapidly
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results

You should only use funds you can afford to lose and consider consulting a financial advisor.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Quack.money and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (exchanges, payment processors, blockchain networks). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quack.money shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Errors in automated transactions you configured
  • Issues with third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quack.money and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your local data remains on your device.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
