Unlike most financial apps, we intentionally do not collect:

  • Your private keys or seed phrases
  • Your wallet balances or transaction history
  • Your banking credentials or account numbers
  • Your pipeline configurations or automation rules
  • Your personal financial data

All of this information stays on your device, encrypted and under your control.

Information We May Collect

To provide our services and improve Quack, we may collect:

  • Account Information: Email address for account creation and communication
  • Payment Information: When you upgrade to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your credit card details.
  • Usage Analytics: Anonymous, aggregated statistics about app usage to improve our product (e.g., feature usage, crash reports)
  • Support Communications: When you contact us for support, we retain those communications to help resolve issues

Optional Cloud Sync

If you choose to enable cloud sync for backup purposes:

  • Your data is end-to-end encrypted before leaving your device
  • Only you hold the encryption keys
  • We cannot read your synced data
  • You can delete your synced data at any time

Third-Party Services

Quack integrates with third-party services to provide functionality:

  • TRAC Settlement: For cross-chain transactions
  • Exchange APIs: For price data and order execution (when you initiate trades)
  • Stripe: For payment processing and webhook triggers

Data Retention

Your local data is retained on your device until you delete the app or clear app data. Account information is retained while your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
